WENDY Bulletproof Helmet

The WENDY Bulletproof Helmet (or EXFIL-style helmet) is a modern, high-cut ballistic helmet known for its lightweight design, comfort suspension system, and accessory mounting rails. It is preferred by special operations forces for its superior balance of protection and ability to integrate communication and night-vision devices.

The Team Wendy EXFIL Helmet is a high-cut, modular tactical helmet engineered to deliver superior ballistic protection, exceptional comfort, and mission-ready modularity for special operations forces, law enforcement tactical teams, and high-threat security personnel.

Introduced in 2013, the EXFIL was developed in close collaboration with U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM) and field-tested by operators in real-world combat environments. It emerged as a direct response to the limitations of legacy helmets like the MICH and ACH, offering a revolutionary suspension system, ergonomic shell design, and unmatched accessory integration.

Forged from ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) such as Dyneema® or Spectra®, the EXFIL delivers NIJ Level IIIA protection while maintaining an ultra-lightweight profile. Its low-silhouette “high-cut” shell maximizes situational awareness by enabling unobstructed hearing and seamless integration with communications headsets, night vision goggles (NVGs), and tactical accessories.

What truly sets Team Wendy apart is its patented Halo™ Suspension System — a 3D-tensioned webbing network that evenly distributes impact forces, reduces point pressure, and provides a custom-like fit across diverse head shapes. This system has been clinically proven to reduce head acceleration during ballistic impacts, enhancing operator survivability.

Used by U.S. Navy SEALs, Army Rangers, Delta Force, UKSF, Canadian JTF2, and elite units worldwide, the EXFIL is not just a helmet — it’s a complete headborne platform designed for the modern battlefield.

Available in multiple variants — EXFIL Ballistic, EXFIL Carbon, EXFIL Lite, and EXFIL ST (Side Threat) — the platform adapts to mission-specific needs, from urban CQB raids to long-range reconnaissance and maritime operations.
