The Twin-tailed Scorpion UAV is the world’s first type of large-scale double-engine, modular, multi-role MALE fixed wing UAS. Its double-engine configuration remarkably improves the system reliability and flight safety, endows the UAV with prominent advantages in terms of plateau and maritime deployment capability and adaptability to complicated weather conditions and geographical environment. Double generators equipped ensure the UAV to supply sufficient power to various payloads it carries. The double-engine and double-generator configuration and the “廿”-type aerodynamic layout design with a high aspect ratio and double tail-booms make the UAV especially applicable to the commercial field.
